Noosphere by Max Polyakov as the Gateway to Advanced Technology Future
The concept of Noosphere was brought about by intellectual Vernadsky during the 20th century. This expert knew well that only good and constructive activities lead to development. In 2014, Noosphere Association which is a non-profit organization emerged. Its role was to plan gatherings of educative and technological nature. 24 months before, Max Polyakov was one of the creators and the leading associate at Noosphere Ventures capital fund. This funding supported the designing and developing of creative products in top tech industries. The funding asset of Noosphere Company encompasses around a dozen of organizations at the hardware, marketing technologies and space industry sectors. A few of existing organizations such as Firefly and EOS DA contribute to initiatives of Max Polyakov and his company.
Noosphere learning institution
One highest significant support by Noosphere towards developing technology and learning in Ukraine was starting an institution. Noosphere engineering institution is based on learning sectors of several universities. Actually it is not a usual institution but a group of lab locations where learners get a chance to test any ideas and put them to use. All activities in that institution are carried out with the help of mentors. The mentors include tutors and businesspeople whose experience is great for what the students are doing.
The locations were opened and they brought together many individuals who intend to form new powerful solutions in every sphere of the activities of people. As part of a learning institution founded by Max Polyakov, several events, contests and tournaments take place. This is when learners showcase what they have developed and any exceptional developer gets a beginning in life and they are also rewarded great prizes by Max Polyakov and Noosphere.

Until now, there are various products formed through the efforts of Noosphere engineering students and they have been applied in several fields.
ArtOS
It is an artillery fire controlling software presented by Noosphere institution in 2015. It lets a person lower that duration for arranging for the combat duties artillery calculation performance. The complex automatically gets the coordinates of the target from the GIS Arta system. It then makes amendments to the shooting states considering ballistic and weather information.

2. MyPol
It is a phone app for communicating with the police. It was created in 2016 and at the start it functioned in the Dnieper. The police at Dnipropetrovsk tested it and wrote their feedback. Work on this app was performed for many years and it always gets updates.
The main benefit of Mypol is that it can allow emergency calls to the police through pressing a virtual button on the display of a tablet or smartphone. This is quicker than dialing the operator. Users are registered in the app and their data and police coordinates are reported. So, one click on the SOS button is sufficient for the patrol to know a person and his/her location. The app has saved several people and it can be downloaded for free at the App Store and even at Google Market anywhere in Ukraine.
3. Perfect gadget for FAI
This was a tournament that took place during mid 2017. Noosphere introduced a gadget which automatically estimates the balloon flight technical activities. This gadget also has software which detects and displays the outcome of a contest online. The name of this tool was eNavigator.
FAI, the worldwide association of aviation games tried that system successfully at many of its tournaments especially in the Global Sports that took place in 2017. After testing, they approved it.
4. EOS media
This application is the one aimed at monitoring and reviewing natural calamities. At the base, the EOS News mobile application got formed. It covers catastrophes and natural calamities, displays coordinates of the incident scene and the picture from a satellite. More details about an event are gotten from social and media platforms.
The professional assistance for designing this product came from EOS Data Analytics experts. The company of Max Polyakov creates and implements multi-user software for checking and processing information gotten through earth remote sensing using radars, satellites, unmanned and manned aircrafts.

5. Moon air
It is some very affordable air quality checking network created by learners at one of the Dnieper labs at Noosphere School. This product additionally encompasses the designing of a data platform for people in Dnipro on the constitution of the air they breathe. It was created as an online platform and a phone app with data updates every hour.
The school plans include getting a certification for Moon air, scaling production and commercializing it also.

Noosphere space tournaments
Students at Noosphere learning institution participate in events organized by Max and his company. Besides this, they also take part in trying to design and create creative solutions.
For 3 years, Noosphere has held Star Track space contest. Students of any age can take part in this tournament. For instance, a 10 year old showcased CleanGeo and CleanLeo development on Star Track three. These are gadgets for removing debris in space in satellite service and in low orbit.
Currently, the market of space technology is estimated to be 360 billion dollars. By 2026, it is likely to be 558 billion dollars. And this only implies that the demand space experts will go up and so, more people should be trained now.
Also, since 2017, Ukraine has been participating in worldwide hackathon Nasa space app contest. This contest involves over twenty five thousand people from two hundred regions worldwide. For 2 years, hackathon regional state in the Dnieper has been planned by Noosphere.
NASA offers the contestants access to information gotten from space missions and gadgets as part of the contest. With it, contestants are expected to create creative products for latest space activities.
The domain of Noosphere is expanded by Mr. Polyakov
Currently, Firefly Aerospace by Max Polyakov is finishing the designing of 2 carrier rockets which are Beta and Alpha. These rockets can bring satellites that weigh up to one and four tons into low Earth orbit. Besides that, launching them is likely to be less costly at the space cargo transport field.
In 2018, Firefly R and D center in Dnieper got opened and the urban planetarium is under construction. In 2019 on April, the worldwide Noosphere space congress will take place at Kiev. And besides this, the launching of the Alpha by Firefly will take place in December
During 2018 alone, Aerospace organizations performed twenty orbit debuts and many of the flights on SpaceX Ilona Mask account. Falcon nine rocket is however very large and expensive. Firefly is planning to make it cheap through creative developments of the components of the rocket and fuel. And because of this, Noosphere brings together learners, technologists, engineers and businesspeople into its ranks. This forms a powerful ground for forming an advanced technological nation.
